Sometimes due to a computer issue, you might want to verify if a credit transaction was fully completed. NCR Counterpoint has a report to check for discrepancies between your NCR Secure Pay account and Counterpoint.
This report will only show data for:
- Transaction(s) found in both NCR Counterpoint and NCR Secure Pay where the totals do not match
- Transaction(s) found in NCR Secure Pay only
- Transaction(s) found in NCR Counterpoint only
Running the Secure Pay Reconciliation Report
- From the Launchpad, select Point of Sale → Credit Cards → Secure Pay Reconciliation Report
- Enter or look up a store
- Enter a date range
- Click Preview
