If you are using a Counterpoint Loyalty Program, we can now add a Customer’s Loyalty Points Balance to the Customer Bar of the Touchscreen, like pictured below.
This allows you and your staff to quickly refer to the customer’s balance if they need to know how close they are to being able to redeem points.
What You Need
To implement the Loyalty Points Balance Display, you will need:
- A Counterpoint loyalty program

A way to transfer HTML files to your Counterpoint Toplevel Directory
NOTE: If we don’t use ScreenConnect to support your business, you may need to request assistance from your IT department in transferring the configuration files.
